SHIPPING

Delivery Times:

• Sweden: 1–3 business days with PostNord

• Germany & Denmark: 2–5 business days with DHL

Weekend Orders:
Orders placed on Fridays are usually shipped on Sunday along with other weekend orders.

Shipping Costs:

• Sweden: Shipping is free.

• Other countries: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking:
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Address:
Please make sure your shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns:
If you wish to return your item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Exchanges (Size Only):
You can exchange your item for a different size within 14 days.

• You only pay for shipping the item back to us.

• We cover the cost of sending out the new size to you — this applies to all countries.

with your order number and reason for return or the size you'd like to exchange for. We’ll provide the return address and instructions.
